•For orders placed before 7am AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day.

• Orders are shipped within 2 working days after payment is received.

• Normal delivery time: 7–12 working days.

• Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience a 2–3 day delay.

• No delivery to P.O. Boxes — please provide a valid physical address.

• Signature required for certain orders, including:

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas

Orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent

• Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., damage or significant, unremovable dirt/stains on specific meters such as 1m, 2m, 3m).

• Logistics-related damage (products damaged during shipping).

• Obvious color difference (noticeable discrepancy vs. expected color).

• Incorrect product or color (delivered item doesn’t match order, e.g., wrong color or size).

Non-Applicable Situations:

• Minor color/appearance differences unrelated to product quality.

• Packages not in original, unopened condition.

• Items used or damaged by the customer.

• Products altered without authorization.

• Sales items.

• Special order items.

• Sheets or samples.

• Custom designed products.

• Small meter roll cut from standard full roll.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
