We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:
• Manufacturing defects (e.g., damage or significant, unremovable dirt/stains on specific meters such as 1m, 2m, 3m).
• Logistics-related damage (products damaged during shipping).
• Obvious color difference (noticeable discrepancy vs. expected color).
• Incorrect product or color (delivered item doesn’t match order, e.g., wrong color or size).
Non-Applicable Situations:
• Minor color/appearance differences unrelated to product quality.
• Packages not in original, unopened condition.
• Items used or damaged by the customer.
• Products altered without authorization.
• Sales items.
• Special order items.
• Sheets or samples.
• Custom designed products.
• Small meter roll cut from standard full roll.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
